How to Make ‘Em
-
Mix it up:
In a bowl, combine the coconut yoghurt, Raspberry & Coconut Plant Protein, and raspberries. Stir until smooth, creamy, and dreamy. -
Scoop & shape:
Spoon the mixture evenly into a lined muffin tray or silicone moulds. -
Top it off:
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each cup and sprinkle with a tiny pinch of salt. -
Freeze to set:
Pop into the freezer for 1–2 hours — try not to check every 10 minutes (we know, it’s hard). -
Snack time:
Once set, remove from moulds and store in the fridge. Perfect for a sweet hit without the sugar crash.
Storage Tips
-
Keep your froyo cups in the fridge for a creamy texture.
