Our systems let us know when Birthdays are added and if they are changed. If you are having issues with this, or have missed out, just drop our amazing support team an email. If you place an order with us and request to cancel and refund it, the points will be refunded also. Unfortunately we cannot gratify points to cancelled orders otherwise we could all cheat the system for free stuff! As amazing as that would be, we would love to continue being a profitable and fair business. Thanks for your understanding! 

Unfortunately because of the way our rewards system utilises the discount code field at the checkout, there is no way to put in an additional affiliate code. We have made rewards that can be claimed up to $100 off, so our suggestion would be to save them up to a point that grants a better discount than the affiliate code you intend on using
