DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: Please note that due to the current COVID restrictions, we are experiencing longer-than-usual delays in shipping with Australian Post (<2 weeks). Please note that once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of Australia Post, or Star Track & DHL and are out of our control. EXPRESS SHIPPING is preferred as this is the least affected by delays/ We apologise for the wait and thank you for your understanding

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Botanika Blends deliver Australia & World wide (with exception to a few 'high risk' countries where it is considered unsafe to send parcels determined by our partners in payment gateway PayPal.

We ship with Australia Post, Star Track, DHL and other freight service providers from time to time. We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. 

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please check your spam filter if you have not received it within half an hour of placing order. If you have not received it after this, please email us immediately.

Please note, all orders are current "ATL - Authority To Leave" unless specified by you. This means the courier will place your order in a "safe" location on your premises. If the area is not "safe", it will be taken back to the depot for you to arrange re-delivery or pick up at your expense if required.

Please allow between 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Processing times fall on weekdays only, as our dispatch area is closed on weekends

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders will come with automatic tracking with a direct link. If you have opt in for your mobile phone, you'll also receive an SMS (Australian customers only).  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at hello@botanikablends.com.au

International orders are sent via DHL (preferred courier however this is subject to change depending on circumstances).  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally or the duties and taxes orders may be subject to.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been processed & dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected: 

Standard/Free Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days 

International Shipping: Up To 14 Business Days

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

  • Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $120
  • Orders under $120 are charged depending on location.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen 
  • Free postage over $200.00 for New Zealand customers
  • Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional import duty is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Botanika Blends are not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only items purchased on the Botanika Blends website can be returned to us directly for a refund or exchange. Items purchased with our retail partners must be returned to their original point of purchase for refund, credit or return. In special circumstances where a retail partner is being cooperative, we will intervene for a remedy if applicable.

Please double check your order before placing it.  Returned items must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping back to us and additional postage charges.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care. For damaged  items please contact Botanika Blends immediately to discuss replacement of goods, we must have evidence such as images of the damage, please record this before throwing out product.
