Meet your new fridge MVP: Vegan Choc PB Bars made with our Peanut Butter Powder.
All the creamy, dreamy vibes — none of the sugar crash. Fast to whip up, even faster to disappear. Perfect for: snack queens, choc lovers, and anyone needing a sweet fix that actually feels good.
Let’s Make Magic
-
Melt it down:
Pop your chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil into a heat-safe bowl. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy. -
Form the base:
Grab a lined tray or mini muffin tray (for PB cups). Spoon in enough melted chocolate to coat the base. Swirl or tilt to get those sides covered too.
Freeze for 5 minutes to set. -
Mix the PB filling:
In a bowl, stir together Botanika Blends Peanut Butter Powder, plant milk, maple syrup, salt, and any extras.
You’re aiming for thick, cookie dough vibes — not soup. -
Fill it up:
Roll or scoop a little PB filling into each choc base, then flatten gently. -
Seal the deal:
Pour over the remaining chocolate, tap the tray to smooth it out, and if you’re feeling extra, sprinkle with sea salt flakes or crushed peanuts. -
Set & snack:
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 15–20 minutes. Snack perfection awaits.
Storage Tips
-
Keep them in the fridge for a soft, fudgy texture.
-
Or stash them in the freezer for when future-you needs a pick-me-up.
