BOTANIKA BLENDS RECIPES

Ingredients

🌙 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
🌙 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar for that caramel edge)
🌙 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌙 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender
🌙 2 tbsp Magik Mylk powder (sleepy spell incoming)
🌙 1/3 cup cocoa powder
🌙 1/2 tsp baking powder
🌙 1/4 tsp salt
🌙 1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat — whatever your cauldron's brewing)
🌙 3/4 cup gluten-free flour blend (or plain flour if you're not GF)

Optional: vegan choc chips or dark choc chunks, because... why not?

A sleepytime snack, stirred by The Wizard himself. Blissfully rich, subtly floral, and just witchy enough to send you to dreamland. 🍫🌙

🔮 The Spell (a.k.a. method):

  1. Prep the scene:
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a square baking tin with baking paper.

  2. Infuse the magic:
Gently warm your plant milk and steep the lavender in it for 5–10 mins. Strain it unless you’re vibing with floral crunch.

  3. Mix the base:
In a bowl, whisk melted oil + coconut sugar until glossy and caramel-scented. Stir in vanilla, Magik Mylk, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.

  4. Add the potion:
Pour in your lavender-infused milk and mix until smooth and dreamy.

  5. Final flour-ish:
Fold in the flour gently (don't overmix, you're not casting a storm spell). Add choc chips if you’re feeling extra.

  6. Bake the magic:
Pour into your tin, smooth the top, and bake for 22–25 mins. You’re looking for a set top and slightly fudgy crumbs.

  7. Cool it (seriously):
Let them cool completely before slicing. Yes, it’s hard. No, it’s not optional.

✨ Serve with:
A steamy cup of Magik Mylk, fluffy socks, and no plans whatsoever.

FAQ - MAGIK MYLK LAVENDER BROWNIES

  • Totally! These brownies are just as delish without it. You’ll still get all the calming Magik Mylk vibes - just minus the botanical twist.

  • Yep! Plain flour works perfectly if you’re not gluten-sensitive. Just swap it 1:1 and bake as usual.

  • Infusing the milk helps mellow the lavender and gives the brownies that subtle, spa-day feel. But if you're short on time (or patience), you can toss the dried lavender straight into the batter - just expect a bit more texture.

  • Pop them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days - or freeze them for future midnight munchies.
Pro tip: reheat slightly for that gooey magic.
