Method
1. Mix In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your oats, 2 tsp cinnamon, plant protein, and water. Give it a good stir until everything's nicely combined.
2. Heat Pop the bowl in the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until warm and creamy.
3. Slice While that's warming, slice your banana lengthways into three flat pieces, perfect for caramelising.
4. Caramelise Place the banana slices in a pan over medium heat, then sprinkle over the honey and remaining 1 tsp cinnamon.
5. Flip Once the bananas start to turn golden and gorgeous, flip them over, let the other side catch some colour, then remove from the heat.
6. Top Layer your caramelised banana over the warm oats, and dig in while it's cosy and warm.
