Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   
   The Botanika Blends December Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to Australian residents aged 18+ at the time of entry. Employees of Botanika Blends, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.

2. Agreement to Rules:
   
   By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period:
   
   All qualifying orders placed from 1 December 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST to 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST count as valid entries.

4. How to Enter:
   
   Entry into the Giveaway requires a purchase.

   • Place any order on botanikablends.com.au during December to receive one (1) entry.

   • Each order = one (1) chance to win.

   • No minimum spend required.

   • Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

5. Prize:
   
   One (1) winner will receive a $500 Botanika Blends Voucher.
   The voucher is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 and can be used across all Botanika Blends products.
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Odds:
   
   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible orders received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification:

   • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn in early January 2026 to kick off the new year.

   • The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw.

   • Botanika Blends is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.

   • If the winner does not claim the prize within 15 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted:
   
   By participating, you grant Botanika Blends permission to use your name and entry details for promotional purposes, as permitted by law.

9. Terms:
   
   Botanika Blends may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other disruptions impact its fairness or operation. Attempts to tamper with the Giveaway may lead to disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability:
    
    By entering, participants release Botanika Blends from any liability related to their participation, technical issues, or use of the prize.

11. Disputes:
    
    This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. Disputes will be resolved individually in Queensland courts.
