Ingredients
Got a cookie craving calling your name? Say no more.
Just 4 humble ingredients, one bowl, and about 25 minutes stand between you and a batch of soft, chocolatey banana cookies. No fancy equipment, no mile-long ingredient list, and absolutely no fuss. Just a little banana magic, a swirl of tahini, a scoop of plant protein, and chocolate chips doing what chocolate chips do best.
These are the kind of cookies that come together while the oven preheats and vanish before they've even properly cooled. You've been warned 🤍
Why You'll Love It
🌱 100% plant based 🍌 Naturally sweetened with banana 💪 Boosted with vanilla plant protein 🍪 Soft, cakey, choc-loaded texture ⚡ Only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep
Method
1. Mash Pop your bananas in a bowl and mash them until smooth and gloriously gloopy. The riper, the better, this is where all the natural sweetness sneaks in.
2. Mix Add the tahini, vanilla plant protein, and creatine (if you're using it). Stir until you've got a thick, dreamy cookie dough.
3. Fold Tip in the chocolate chips and fold them through so every cookie gets its fair share of melty goodness.
4. Shape Spoon dollops onto a lined tray and gently flatten into cookie shapes. They won't spread much, so shape them how you'd like them to bake.
5. Bake Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and your kitchen smells absolutely unreal.
Cool Let them rest for a few minutes to firm up... if you can resist that long.
Nutrition
A soft, naturally sweet cookie that swaps the refined sugar for ripe banana and adds a plant-powered protein boost. Sweet cravings, sorted, the wholesome way.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 days, or in the fridge for up to 5.
These freeze beautifully too, just let them thaw slightly before devouring for that fresh-baked texture.
A Little Final Note
There's something properly magical about a recipe this simple that delivers this much. Minimal ingredients, minimal effort, maximum cosy-cookie joy.
Perfect for meal prep, an afternoon treat, or those moments when only something sweet will do. Whip up a batch, find a comfy spot, and enjoy 🤍
