Introducing Recipe 1/5 from our Wizard’s Bundle Weet-Bix Series—a dreamy, no-bake breakfast bar layered with creamy coconut yoghurt, blueberry pancake protein, and a fresh, fruity topping.
It’s cold. It’s creamy. It’s packed with ~29g of plant-powered protein. And it tastes like dessert for breakfast (but better for you).
Method
1. Base it
Soften your Weet-Bix with a splash of hot water and press firmly into the base of a small container or glass dish.
2. Mix it
Stir your protein powder into the coconut yoghurt until smooth and creamy.
3. Layer it
Spread your protein yoghurt over the Weet-Bix base. Top with blueberries and a dusting of toasted coconut flakes.
4. Chill it
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Let the magic happen while you sleep.
