Method
1. Base it
Place the Weet-Bix in a dish, splash with hot water and press firmly to form the base.
2. Blend & Layer
Mix the protein powder into the coconut yoghurt until smooth. Pour over the Weet-Bix base.
3. Texture Time
Crumble the shredded wheat over the yoghurt layer, drizzle on the pistachio spread, and pour over your melted vegan chocolate.
4. Finish it Off
Add a few more bits of shredded wheat and a final drizzle of pistachio spread. Chill overnight.
