✔️ 1/4 cup maple syrup
✔️ 1/2 cup peanut butter

Method

1. Crumble the base Crumble the rice cakes into a large bowl.

2. Mix it together Add the protein powder, maple syrup and peanut butter, then mix until well combined.

3. Press into the tin Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin or container.

4. Add the chocolate Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the top.

5. Swirl it Drizzle over the extra peanut butter and swirl with a skewer or knife.

6. Set & slice Refrigerate until set, then slice and enjoy.
