✔️ 6 rice cakes
✔️ 1/2 cup Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein
✔️ 1/4 cup maple syrup
✔️ 1/2 cup peanut butter

✔️ 120g dark chocolate
✔️ 1 tsp peanut butter

Five minutes, no oven, and a seriously good chocolate-peanut-butter payoff, these Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Cake Bars are the sweet treat you make when the craving hits and the patience doesn't. We used our Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein for that rich, chocolatey flavour and a proper protein boost, no baking required.

Method

1. Crumble the base Crumble the rice cakes into a large bowl.

2. Mix it together Add the protein powder, maple syrup and peanut butter, then mix until well combined.

3. Press into the tin Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf tin or container.

4. Add the chocolate Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the top.

5. Swirl it Drizzle over the extra peanut butter and swirl with a skewer or knife.

6. Set & slice Refrigerate until set, then slice and enjoy.
