Whether you’re celebrating love, friendship or your own main-character energy, these white choc strawberry energy balls are here to make snack time feel a little enchanted.
Why You’ll Love These
-
Made with real berries and wholesome pantry staples
-
Boosted with plant protein for a more satisfying bite
-
Naturally sweetened with maple syrup

Freezer-friendly and perfect for meal prep
-
That white choc crackle? Elite.
Method
-
Blend the magic.
Add all berry ball ingredients to a food processor. Blitz until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. It should hold together when pressed between your fingers. -
Roll & chill.
Roll into evenly sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place on a lined tray and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm. -
Melt the white choc.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and glossy. -
Dip & sprinkle.
Using a fork, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off, then immediately top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries and a pinch of flaky sea salt. -
Set & swoon.
Allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Try not to eat three before they fully harden. (No judgement if you do.)
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Prefer a firmer bite? Keep them in the freezer and grab one whenever snack cravings strike.
