Ingredients
If dessert-for-breakfast is your vibe… you need to try this vegan TIRUMASU.
A chilled spin on tiramisu, this breakfast is rich, creamy, coffee-kissed and quietly packed with plant protein.
No sponge fingers, no espresso machine—just layered magic with a Weet-Bix twist.
This is Recipe 4/5 in our Wizard’s Bundle Weet-Bix Series, and it might just be our most indulgent yet.
Method
1. Base it
Soften the Weet-Bix with hot water and press it firmly into the base of your container.
2. Mix it up
Combine both protein powders with the coconut yoghurt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Layer it on
Spoon the protein yoghurt mixture over the Weet-Bix base. Smooth it out.
4. Dust & Chill
Dust with cacao or finely ground coffee. Refrigerate overnight.
