If dessert-for-breakfast is your vibe… you need to try this vegan TIRUMASU.
A chilled spin on tiramisu, this breakfast is rich, creamy, coffee-kissed and quietly packed with plant protein.
No sponge fingers, no espresso machine—just layered magic with a Weet-Bix twist.
This is Recipe 4/5 in our Wizard’s Bundle Weet-Bix Series, and it might just be our most indulgent yet.
Method

3. Layer it on
Spoon the protein yoghurt mixture over the Weet-Bix base. Smooth it out.
