If you love Magnums, save this recipe. These Strawberry & Cream Protein Pops are creamy, fruity and coated in a white chocolate and coconut shell that snaps just like the real thing 🍓
Made with a proper scoop of our Strawberries & Cream Protein blended straight into the base, this is the kind of freezer treat that tastes like summer and quietly does more for you than your average ice cream. Blend, freeze, dip, done.
Why You'll Love It
- 🍓 Real strawberries blended into a creamy base
- 🤍 That satisfying white chocolate & coconut shell
- 💪 A solid protein hit in every pop
- 🥥 Coconut yoghurt keeps it extra creamy
- ❄️ Freezer staple for hot days & sweet cravings
Method
1. Blend the base Add the strawberries, milk, coconut yoghurt and protein powder to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Freeze Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, insert paddle pop sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
3. Coat Melt the white chocolate and stir through the desiccated coconut. Once the popsicles are frozen, dip each one into the melted chocolate mixture until fully coated.
4. Set & enjoy Allow the chocolate to set, then enjoy straight away or store in the freezer for later.
Nutrition
With real strawberries, coconut yoghurt and a full scoop of protein blended into the base, these pops bring genuine staying power to what's usually a straight sugar hit, so you can treat yourself without the mid-afternoon crash.
Storage
Store in the freezer in an airtight container or wrapped individually for up to 2 months. Let sit for a minute or two before eating for the best texture.
A Little Final Note
Creamy, fruity and dressed up in that classic white chocolate shell, these pops are proof that freezer treats can still do a little more for you. Make a batch, keep them stocked, and thank us on the next hot day, BB's 🍓
