Method

1️⃣ Add Everything to a Bowl

Add the rolled oats, Strawberries & Cream Plant Protein, milk, yoghurt, maple syrup and chopped strawberries to a large bowl or container.

2️⃣ Mix

Stir everything together until well combined, making sure the protein powder is evenly mixed through the oats.

3️⃣ Divide Into Jars 🍓

Divide the mixture evenly between 4 jars or containers.

Cover each container and place them in the fridge.

4️⃣ Refrigerate Overnight

Leave your overnight oats in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.

This gives the oats time to soak up the liquid and become thick and creamy.

5️⃣ Grab & Enjoy

When breakfast time rolls around, grab a jar from the fridge and dig in.

Top with a few extra fresh strawberries or a spoonful of yoghurt if you’re feeling fancy. ✨

When to Have Them

These overnight oats were made for busy mornings.

Prep all four serves ahead of time so you’ve got an easy breakfast waiting in the fridge when you wake up.

They’re also an easy option to take with you when you need breakfast on the go.
