Why You'll Love It
🌱 Plant protein boosted
🍓 Creamy strawberries & cream flavour
💪 Packed with a protein punch
🍫 Crisp white chocolate top
❄️ No bake and freezer friendly
Method
Make the base Add all your base ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined and a dough forms. Divide the mixture into 4 and press evenly into a silicone cupcake tray. Set aside.
Whip the filling In a separate bowl, combine all your yoghurt filling ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Spoon a generous amount over each base, spreading evenly, then pop in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes, or until firm.
Top with chocolate Melt your white chocolate and pour it over the set yoghurt filling. Return to the freezer for around 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
Enjoy Gently pop the cups out of the silicone moulds and dig in while they're cool and creamy.
