Ingredients

Crust:

➕ 20g Oat Flour
➕ 30g Hazelnut Meal
➕ 10g Cacao Hazelnut Protein Powder
➕ 10g Cacao Powder
➕ 20g Coconut Sugar
➕ 1/4 tsp Salt
➕ 1/2 tsp Hazelnut Extract (optional)
➕ 25g Coconut Oil (melted)

Cream Filling:

➕ 50g Vanilla Coconut Yoghurt
➕ 50g Coconut Cream (white part only)
➕ 30g Hazelnut Butter
➕ 10g Cacao Powder
➕ 20g Cacao Hazelnut Protein Powder
➕ 30g Rice Malt Syrup
➕ Coconut Oil (melted)
➕ 1/2 tsp Hazelnut Extract (optional)

Crumbly crust, creamy centre—this decadent plant-based tart is a choc-hazelnut dream come true. Loaded with nourishing ingredients and Botanika Blends protein, it’s indulgence without compromise.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.

  3. Press mixture firmly into a tart tin and bake for 5–7 mins.

  4. Allow crust to cool fully before removing from tin.

  5. Combine all cream ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

  6. Fill the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Store in fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy chilled!
