Method

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl until crumbly.

Press mixture firmly into a tart tin and bake for 5–7 mins.

Allow crust to cool fully before removing from tin.

Combine all cream ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Fill the crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Store in fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy chilled!
