Raw Vegan Mixed Berry Beauty Cakes

Ingredients

Filling:

➕ 1 1/2 cups Activated Cashews (soaked & drained)
➕ 2 tbsp Botanika Blends Beauty Potion
➕ 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
➕ 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
➕ 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
➕ 1 cup Mixed Berries
➕ 1–2 tbsp Water (if needed for blending)

Base:

➕ 1/2 cup Almonds
➕ 1/3 cup Walnuts
➕ 4 tbsp Cacao Powder
➕ 3/4 cup Pitted Medjool Dates

Vibrant, creamy and fresh—these no-bake beauties are bursting with natural colours and wholesome ingredients. Powered by Botanika Blends Beauty Potion, they’re perfect for a healthy celebration or just a gorgeous treat.

Method

  1. Blitz almonds and walnuts in a food processor until crumbly.

  2. Add dates and cacao powder, pulse until mixture sticks together.

  3. Press base mix into cupcake moulds (or mini cake rings) and freeze.

  4. Blend soaked cashews with remaining filling ingredients until creamy.

  5. Divide evenly over the bases and return to freezer to set.

  6. Once set, thaw slightly before serving. Keep leftover filling to pipe on top, as pictured.

  7. Garnish with fresh berries right before serving.
