Protein Nice Cream with Peanut Butter Swirl

  • 2 serves

  • Prep: 10 mins | Freeze: 1–2 hours

Ingredients

➕ 3 frozen bananas
➕ 3 tbsp Botanika Basics Peanut Butter Powder
➕ 1 cup almond or soy milk
➕ 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Cool down naturally with this creamy and nutritious nice cream—made from frozen bananas and Botanika Basics Peanut Butter Powder. It’s 100% vegan, dairy-free, and packed with plant-based protein.

Perfect for post-workout refuels or just a midday treat with zero guilt!

Method

  1. Toss everything except the peanut butter powder into a blender and blitz until silky smooth. If your blender struggles, let the bananas thaw a little first.

  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin or container. Drizzle over the peanut butter and swirl gently using a spoon. Don’t overmix—it’s all about that swirl effect.

  3. Freeze again for 1–2 hours until firm and scoopable. Serve and devour!
