Peanut Butter & Jelly White Chocolate Cups

These Peanut Butter & Jelly White Choc Cups are the ultimate sweet-salty indulgence—made with creamy dairy-free white choc, layered with melty peanut butter and dreamy jelly, using Botanika Blends Dreamy Jelly – Grape Bubblegum.

Vegan-friendly, easy to make, and seriously addictive. No baking needed, just a few ingredients and a muffin tray!

Method

  1. Melt cacao butter and white chocolate together in a saucepan or microwave. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Pour ¾ of the mix into a silicone muffin tray. Chill for 30 mins.

  3. Melt peanut butter until pourable.

  4. Spread peanut butter over the set white choc layer. Chill again for ~25 mins.

  5. Make up 4 servings of Dreamy Jelly as per instructions. Pour jelly on top of PB layer. Chill for another 35 mins.

  6. Finally, pour remaining white choc mixture over the jelly layer. Chill for 30 mins or until fully set.

  7. Pop out of tray and devour!
