Method

1. Combine the dry ingredients In a large bowl, combine the soy protein crisps, protein powder and a pinch of salt.

2. Melt the wet ingredients Heat the Biscoff and coconut oil together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.

3. Bring it together Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until every crisp is completely coated.

4. Press into the tin Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a lined tin.
