Method
1. Prep the tin Line a loaf tin or small slice tin with baking paper.
2. Make the base Combine the oat flour, protein powder, coconut oil and rice malt syrup until a dough forms. Press firmly and evenly into the base of the tin.
3. Make the caramel Mix all the caramel ingredients together until smooth, then pour over the base. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
4. Add the chocolate Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, then pour evenly over the set caramel layer.
5. Set & slice Refrigerate for a few hours, or until fully set. Slice into 12 pieces and enjoy 🤍
