Method

1️⃣ Mash Your Banana

Add the banana to a large mixing bowl and mash well with a fork until mostly smooth.

2️⃣ Make the Banana Bread Mixture

Add the maple syrup, peanut butter, oat flour, Custard Filled Cinnamon Donut Plant Protein and cinnamon.

Mix everything together until well combined and you have a mixture that can easily be rolled into balls.

3️⃣ Roll Into Bliss Balls

Take portions of the mixture and roll them between your hands to create evenly sized bliss balls.

Place them onto a lined tray or plate.

4️⃣ Add the Chocolate 🍫

Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.

Drizzle it over the top of your bliss balls and allow the chocolate to set.

5️⃣ Chill & Enjoy

Transfer your bliss balls to an airtight container and store them in the fridge.

Then grab one whenever you need a little banana bread moment. 🍌🤎

When to Have Them

These are perfect for prepping ahead when you want an easy snack waiting in the fridge.

Have one as an afternoon pick me up, after training or whenever you’re craving something sweet without committing to baking an entire loaf of banana bread.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, almond butter works as a 1:1 swap if you'd prefer, or need a peanut-free option.

  • Nope. The maple syrup is completely optional. Add it if you prefer a little extra sweetness, or leave it out and let the Choc Peanut Butter Plant Protein do its thing.

  • Rice malt syrup or honey both work well as substitutes.

  • Very ripe. Spotty, soft bananas will give the best sweetness and texture.
