FILLING

➕ 1 cup Raw Soaked Cashews (soak overnight or at least 3 hrs)

➕ 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
➕ 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
➕ 1 tbsp Botanika Blends Magikal Mushroom Mix Coffee

TOPPING

➕ 100g Vegan Dark Chocolate

Classic meets conscious in this wholesome reimagining of tiramisu. With creamy coffee-infused cashew layers, a chewy nutty base and a silky dark chocolate top, this raw slice delivers comfort and kick – minus the dairy or refined sugar. The secret? Botanika Blends Magikal Mushroom Coffee – a fusion of function and flavour.

Method

  1. Line Your Tin

Grease and line a loaf tin (21cm x 11cm) and set aside.

  2. Make the Base

Blend dates, coconut flakes and almond meal in a food processor.
Add cacao butter (or coconut oil) and vanilla. Blend until sticky dough forms.
Press firmly and evenly into the tin. Refrigerate while making the filling.

  3. Prepare the Filling

Blend soaked cashews, maple syrup, cacao butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Dissolve the Magikal Mushroom Mix in a small amount of warm water. Stir into the filling mixture and blend well.

  4. Layer & Chill

Pour filling over the base. Smooth evenly. Chill for 2 hours.

  5. Top with Chocolate

Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Pour over set filling. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm.

  6. Slice & Serve

Use a sharp knife to cut into bars and enjoy.

  • Of course – it won’t be tiramisu, but you can simply leave out the mushroom coffee and remplace it with mushroom cacao.

  • Nope – cacao butter gives that silky texture. Coconut oil is the best swap if needed.

  • Up to 5 days in an airtight container. You can also freeze it!

  • Not too strong – the Magikal Mushroom Mix gives a smooth, earthy coffee taste with extra wellness perks.
