With creamy coffee-infused cashew layers, a chewy nutty base and a silky dark chocolate top, this raw slice delivers comfort and kick – minus the dairy or refined sugar. The secret? Method

Line Your Tin
Grease and line a loaf tin (21cm x 11cm) and set aside. -
Make the Base
Blend dates, coconut flakes and almond meal in a food processor.
Add cacao butter (or coconut oil) and vanilla. Blend until sticky dough forms.
Press firmly and evenly into the tin. Refrigerate while making the filling. -
Prepare the Filling
Blend soaked cashews, maple syrup, cacao butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Dissolve the Magikal Mushroom Mix in a small amount of warm water. Stir into the filling mixture and blend well. -
Layer & Chill
Pour filling over the base. Smooth evenly. Chill for 2 hours. -
Top with Chocolate
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Pour over set filling. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm. -
Slice & Serve
Use a sharp knife to cut into bars and enjoy.
