Ingredients

➕ ½ cup macadamias
➕ ½ cup almonds
➕ ¾ cup oats
➕ 5 heaped tbsp Vanilla Cake Batter Plant Protein
➕ ¼ cup desiccated coconut
➕ 20 Medjool dates, seeds removed and chopped
➕ 2 tbsp water
➕ 1 tsp vanilla extract
➕ Edible daisies (optional, to top)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except daisies to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture comes together smoothly.

  2. Press mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Smooth out evenly.

  3. Decorate the top with edible daisies and gently press down.

  4. Freeze overnight. Once set, slice into bars and enjoy!
