It’s late. You’ve finished your skincare, lit your candle, and your body is saying yes please to something sweet, but not wired. Just warm, soft, and calming.
Enter: the Magic Mylk Sleep Brownie. Lightly spiced, nut-free, vegan, and infused with Botanika’s dreamy Magic Mylk blend (hello, adaptogens). One slice = one serve to wind down. Part treat, part ritual. Perfect with your slippers on and phone on Do Not Disturb.
Let’s make magic 🪄
1. Prep the base:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
2. Blend it up:
In a blender or bowl, mix oats, oat flour, Magic Mylk, cinnamon, maple syrup, plant milk, and coconut oil/yoghurt. Blend until smooth-ish — it should be thick and spoonable.
3. Pour & spread:
Scoop the batter into your lined tin and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
4. Bake gently:
Pop it in the oven for around 18–22 minutes, or until just set. You want it soft and fudgy, not dry.
5. Cool it down:
Let it cool fully before slicing into 8 calming bedtime squares. Store in the fridge for a slightly chewy, chilled treat.
6. Ritual time:
Enjoy one slice as part of your wind-down routine — maybe with warm mylk and a book. Bliss.
