You’re craving something warm and comforting, but still want to hit your protein goals and start the day feeling fresh.
This baked oat moment delivers the cosy vibes of a classic brekkie with a juicy twist, thanks to Botanika Blends Blackcurrant Protein Water. It bakes beautifully into the oats, adding flavour and function — with a sweet, tangy edge and that dreamy berry hue. Think: crumble meets wellness.
Let’s make magic 🪄
1. Preheat the oven:
Set to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a small ramekin or baking dish.
2. Mix your base:
In a bowl, stir together oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt. Add grated apple and milk. Mix until combined.
3. Bake it:
Pour the mixture into your prepared dish. Bake for 20–25 mins until golden and just set.
4. Top it off:
While it bakes, mix coconut yoghurt with a scoop of protein powder until pretty and purple.
5. Serve & enjoy:
Spoon the yoghurt on top, sprinkle on berries or nut butter if you like, and dig in while it’s warm and fluffy.
