Method

In a food processor, blend almonds and hazelnuts until they form a fine meal.

Add dates, Botanika Blends Cacao Hazelnut Protein, 4 tbsp cacao powder, melted cacao butter, maple syrup, and salt. Blend again until a sticky dough forms.

Scoop approx. 25g (2 heaped tablespoons) of the mixture. Insert one whole hazelnut into the centre and roll into a ball.

Dust with the remaining cacao powder. Place in fridge for at least 30 mins to set. Store chilled.
