Ingredients

Brownie Base

➕ 1/4 cup Nut Butter
➕ 1/4 cup Melted Coconut Oil
➕ 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
➕ 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
➕ 1 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
➕ 1/2 tsp Vanilla & Sea Salt
➕ 1 tbsp Magikal Mushroom Cacao

Banana Nice Cream

➕ 2 Frozen Bananas
➕ 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
➕ 1–2 tbsp Nut Milk (adjust for blending)

Toppings

➕ Favourite Jam (e.g. raspberry or strawberry)
➕ Chopped Peanuts
➕ Chocolate Chips

Craving something lush, indulgent and secretly good for you? These banana split brownies are layered with decadence—think fudgy cacao base, smooth banana nice cream, and a zingy jam top, all rounded out with crunchy choc chips and nuts. Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together all brownie base ingredients until a soft dough forms.

  2. Press evenly into a lined loaf tin and set aside.

  3. Blend frozen bananas, peanut butter and nut milk until creamy. Add more milk if needed—but don’t overdo it or it may go runny.

  4. Spoon the nice cream layer over the brownie base and smooth the top.

  5. Add a layer of jam and spread evenly.

  6. Freeze for a couple of hours or until set.

  7. Cut into bars and decorate with chopped peanuts and choc chips. Keep stored in freezer.
