Ingredients
Earl Grey White Choc Protein Balls ☁️🫖
Think afternoon tea got a glow-up. These soft, zesty, floral lil' bites are packed with creamy almond butter, plant protein, and that iconic Earl Grey aroma (yep, she’s a little posh).
Plus, they're coated in dreamy white choc for that chef’s kiss finish.
🧙 How to Make the Magic
1. Steep 1 (2 if you want a stronger flavour) tea bag per 100 mL boiling water for 5–7 mins. Let it cool you want strong, floral flavour without the steam bath.
2. In a big bowl, mix almond meal, protein, coconut flour, ground tea leaves, and a cheeky pinch of salt.
3. Stir in your almond butter, sweetener, vanilla, and 2 tbsp of that brewed tea. Mix until a soft dough forms.
💡 Too dry? Add a tiny splash more tea. Too sticky? Sprinkle a bit more coconut flour. Find that Goldilocks zone.
4. Scoop tablespoon-sized chunks and roll into balls. Place on a lined tray and pop in the fridge for 15–20 mins to chill their little selves out.
5. Melt choc and coconut oil (microwave or double boiler works). Dip, drizzle, or drown each ball in chocolatey goodness.
6. Fridge for 30 mins to set. You want that perfect soft snap when you bite in. You know the one.
🧊 Storage
Keep ‘em in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months (if they last that long).
Sweet, fragrant, satisfying and a little bit fancy. These are not your grandma’s tea party snacks ☕🍫💅
