Ingredients
We are officially in our Mug Cake Era 🍵✨
Say hello to this Golden Chai Protein Mug Cake — warm, fluffy, spiced just right, and ready in minutes.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and giving cozy café dessert energy before you’ve even left the kitchen.
Method
1. Mix the magic
In a microwave-safe mug, add the Golden Chai protein, gluten-free self-raising flour, plant milk, egg, and maple syrup. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
2. Microwave to perfection
Microwave in 30-second bursts for a total of 1 minute 30 seconds. The cake should be just set but still soft and steamy in the middle.
3. Make the chai drizzle
Stir together the maple syrup, cinnamon, and Golden Chai protein to form a warm, spiced sauce.
4. Pour & enjoy
Drizzle the sauce over the mug cake, grab a spoon, and lean fully into your mug cake era.
