Method
Mix the Base
Combine crushed biscuits with condensed milk until it forms a sticky, crumbly mixture.
Press
Line a muffin tray with paper liners. Press 1 teaspoon of base into each cup. Pop into the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
Create the Magic
Mix the Botanika Blends Cacao Hazelnut Plant Protein with condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
Layer
Add 1 teaspoon of filling onto each base. Return to the freezer for another 5 minutes.
Top It Off
Spoon 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate over each cup, covering the filling completely.
Chill
Freeze for 5 minutes or until set.
Enjoy
Eat straight away… or store in the fridge for later (if they last that long 👀).
