Ingredients

➕ 1 1/2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
➕ 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
➕ 1/2 cup Brekky Vanilla Dream
➕ 2 tsp Cinnamon
➕ 1 cup Almond Butter
➕ 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
➕ 3/4 cup Almond Milk
➕ 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Say hello to your new brekky fave! These spiced banana muffins are naturally sweetened, gluten-free and boosted with Botanika Brekky Vanilla Dream. Packed with protein and topped with nutty goodness, they’re perfect for on-the-go mornings or a cosy arvo snack.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a non-stick muffin tray.

  2. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, Botanika Brekky Vanilla Dream, cinnamon, coconut sugar and baking powder.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together almond butter, mashed banana and almond milk.

  4. Add wet mix to dry and stir until smooth and well combined.

  5. Spoon into muffin tray and bake for 35–40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

  6. Let cool slightly and serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt or enjoy as-is!
