Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

➕ 1 cup Soy Milk
➕ 1 cup Rolled Oats
➕ 1/2 cup Blueberry Pancake Protein Powder
➕ 1 Banana (Mashed)
➕ 1/2 cup Natural Coconut Yoghurt
➕ 2 tbsp Olive Oil
➕ 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
➕ 1 cup Blueberries

Wake up to the scent of blueberry bliss! These high-protein pancakes are fluffy, wholesome and loaded with natural goodness — thanks to oats, banana and Botanika Blends Blueberry Pancake Protein. Perfect for lazy Sundays, busy mornings, or when you just want breakfast to feel like a hug.

Method

  1. Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy milk and oats and let soak for 10 minutes.

  3. Add mashed banana and yoghurt into the oat mixture and mix well. Stir in olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

  4. Mix through Botanika Blends Blueberry Pancake Protein Powder. Fold in blueberries gently.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Flip once bubbles form.

  6. Cook another 2–3 mins. Repeat for remaining batter.

  7. Serve warm with fresh blueberries, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup. Yum!
