Ingredients

✨ Mocha Oats

1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats

2 tbsp Double Shot Iced Coffee Plant Protein

1 tbsp (8g) cacao powder

1 tsp chia seeds

1/3 cup milk of choice

1 shot espresso (go on, make it a strong one)

1–2 tsp maple syrup (sweeten to your vibe)

✨ PB Layer

50g vanilla or Greek-style yoghurt (plant-based if you like)

1 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

✨ Chocolate Top

25g dark choc

1 tsp coconut oil

MOCHA lovers, this one’s got your name (and your breakfast) all over it ☕🍫

This no-cook brekkie is giving café-level indulgence with pantry-level effort. Featuring our Double Shot Iced Coffee Plant Protein (aka your new morning obsession), it’s layered, luscious, and ready to be devoured.

Fridge does the work. You take the credit. ✨

METHOD:

  1. Mix up your mocha oats in a bowl. Taste test, sweeten if needed.

  2. Stir together the PB layer in another bowl and pour it gently over the oats. Pop it in the fridge overnight to work its magic.

  3. Melt choc + coconut oil in the microwave (30–45 secs), stir ‘til silky, then pour over your oat layers. Refrigerate for 10ish mins to set.

Grab a spoon, crack through that choc top, and try not to eat it in one bite.

FAQ - Mocha Overnight Oats

  • Technically no – a few hours in the fridge will do. But if you want peak texture and flavour, let it chill overnight. Delayed gratification, BB.

  • Yep! Just mix 1 tsp instant coffee with a bit of hot water and voilà – espresso hack unlocked. Caffeine cravings = sorted.

  • Totally can be! Just use plant-based milk and yoghurt (we love coconut or almond) and stick to maple syrup. Boom – brekkie for our plant-based BBs.

  • You can, but where’s the fun (or plant-powered protein boost) in that? The Double Shot Iced Coffee brings serious flavour and fuel – skip it and you’re just having oats with a personality crisis.
