➕2 eggs
➕ 3/4c brown sugar
➕ 1/4c maple syrup
➕ 1/3c oil
➕ 1/3c peanut butter
➕1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry
➕ 1/3c Botanika Blends Choc Peanut Butter Plant Protein
➕1/2c cocoa powder
➕ 1/2c almond meal
➕ 1 tsp baking powder
➕ Pinch of salt

Made with our Choc PB Plant Protein (a true icon), these brownies are the kind of treat you dream about mid-meeting. Moist, rich, and loaded with crunchy peanuts and melty choc chips, they’re proof that plant-based doesn't mean boring.

 

How to Bake Like a BB (aka: Make Something Yum)

1. Crank that oven to 160°C (fan forced, baby).

2. Chuck all your wet stuff into a blender or food processor. Blitz until smooth and dreamy.

3. Dry ingredients, you’re up. Add 'em in and blend again 'til everything’s vibing.

4. Stir through your tasty extras - choc chips, nuts, whatever your heart (and gut) desires.

5. Pour the mix into a lined pan, smooth it out like a pro, and bake for 30-35 mins. Let it chill in the pan for 15 before giving it the ol’ rack treatment.

6. Slice it up. Serve it up. Secretly hide a piece for yourself.
