Helps me sleep

After having tried so many sleep formulas, I was pleasantly surprised to find this actually helps with my sleep quality. I do find it a bit sweet, but it's low sugar content doesn't spike my insulin which is a huge win. Pretty good value compared to other blends on the market, especially when it's on sale.

The perfect night-time treat and not sickly sweet, like so many competitive products (trust me, I’ve tried many others). It has a nice, smooth consistency (slightly thick) due to all of those good prebiotic fibres which help your gut bacteria at night. Really recommend this.

This is a good substitute for dairy in hot chocolate drinks. I do find it on the sweet side and would prefer no sweetness and add if desired.
