I love this pre-workout, it really works for me!
it tastes like candy cola or freezy frozen cola popsicles if melted. a sort of 80s cola taste. delicious. but its very easy to over dose or spoon the stuff in. If it has a tiny scoop thingy for the right portions even then i'd maybe do half. The botanika blends plant protein drinks can be a bit much for me it says use 3 tablespoons or something like that but i go with 1 teaspoon and it tastes less uhh overpowering powdery sort of and is more uhh drink like rather than mush? and feels like a better result? wasnt sure if youre supposed to stir then leave in the fridge to uhh dissolve or sort of uhm gel or just 'chill' many sugarfree drinking chocolates 'chill' and 'gel' is a must. but if you ever tried that with a soluble fibre metamucil like product its horrifying it turns into a solid brick of rubber. you dont 'want' that but a subtle not noticable amount of that seems to make it BETTER in taste and all aspects except for texture for most uhh health/energy drinks so this protein potion was a pleasant surprise when a half a teaspoon and a stir in a splash of water and its pretty much good like that and half the dosage still feels like a full dosage mmmm great!
Sounded like good nutritious value but it tastes totally terrible, even with lots of ice I couldnāt stomach it
I feel really good when I take it about 15 minutes before a workout. It doesn't have an adverse reaction like the others do, and I always have a great workout, and get a really good pump. I would recommend taking this.
