Nice Cream - Choc-Lit

a nice change for desert

I made 3 of us a vanilla bean flavour Nice Cream to have with fruit salad tonight. I made it earlier and put it in the freezer - meaning I couldn't put a knife into it until I gave it 30 seconds in the microwave. But it was delicious IF a little too sweet.
Now's a chance, Botanica Blends, to reduce the sugar/sweetener content. It would be good to help reduce our addiction to "sweetness".
For over $10 though I wouldn't make it a regular buy

Do not put in icecream maker!

3 minutes in and this stuff had frozen like a brick inside my icecream maker, I literally had to chip it out. I would suggest increasing the liquid for icecream maker recipe.

Great, but too sweet!

I love everything about this - aside from the sweetness. I agree with other reviews about there being too much Stevia and it being overpoweringly sweet. One of the worst things about regular ice cream is that it has too much sugar which is all you can taste, so with a healthier alternative like this, it would be great if there was less Stevia, or if you could incorporate more subtle natural sweeteners like maple syrup or dates?
Thanks :-)
