Vanilla Cake Batter Bliss Balls

Makes: 10 - 15 balls


  • 125g shredded or desiccated coconut 
  • 125g raw cashew nuts, soaked in boiling water for an hour 
  • 125g walnuts, soaked in boiling water for an hour 
  • 65g coconut oil 
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Botanika Blends Cake Batter Protein Powder
  • 20g vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or rice malt syrup
  • Confetti sprinkles of your choice 


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until a sticky crumb is formed. 
  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon into your hands and roll into a ball. Set aside onto a large plate lined with baking paper and complete this process until all of the mixture has been rolled into balls. 
  3. Place the balls in the freezer for 3 hours to set or the fridge and leave overnight. 
  4. Roll or sprinkle the balls with colourful confetti of your choice to serve
