Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 12 medium sized balls
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond meal
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup Botanika Blends Cacao Mint Cookies and Cream protein powder
- ½ cup pitted dates (soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes and drained)
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Place the oats, almond meal, desiccated coconut, protein powder and salt into a high speed blender and blend until a coarse flour forms (around 2-3 minutes)
- Add the dates, almond butter, maple syrup and water to the blender and blend until the mixture comes together
- Roll into Tbsp sized balls and store in the refrigerator
