Acai Bowls

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 Ingredients
  • 2 ripe frozen bananas 
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • ½ cup frozen pink pitaya (dragon fruit) (alternatively use frozen berries)
  • 1 heaped Tbsp Botanika Blends Acai Powder
  •  ¼ cup almond milk
Method
  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve with fresh fruit, coconut, nut butter and buckwheat kernels
